۞ Also, We revealed to Moses, saying: 'Go with My worshipers by night, for you will be followed' 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 and they have enraged us, 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 [Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me." 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
