Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By (the winds) that scatter dust. 1 And those [clouds] carrying a load [of water] 2 And those that flow with ease and gentleness; 3 And those who distribute (blessings) by command, 4 Indeed, what you are promised is true. 5 and surely the Doom is about to fall! 6 By heaven with all its tracks 7 Certainly, you have different ideas (about Muhammad SAW and the Quran). 8 Deluded away from the Qur'an is he who is deluded. 9 Accursed be the conjecturers 10 Who are within a flood [of confusion] and heedless. 11 They ask, "When will the Day of Judgement come?" 12 It will be the Day when they shall be scourged by the Fire 13 Taste your persecution! this is what you would hasten on. 14 [But,] behold, the God-conscious will find themselves amid gardens and springs, 15 They shall receive what their Lord will bestow on them. They have done good works in the past, 16 sleeping little in the night-time, 17 And used to seek forgiveness before dawn. 18 and in their wealth was a share for whosoever asked and for whosoever was prevented. 19 And in the earth there are signs for those who are sure, 20 just as [there are signs thereof] within your own selves: can you not, then, see? 21 In heaven is your sustenance, and also that which you are promised. 22 Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed, it is truth - just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking. 23
