And We have built the heaven with hands (the Divine Power), and it is We Who give the expanse. 47 And the earth We have spread out, and excellent is the preparer. 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 Therefore hasten to God; truly, I am sent by Him to give you clear warning. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Even so there came no messenger unto those before them but they said: A wizard or a madman! 52 Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)! 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 And I created the jinns and men, only for them to worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures). 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 The unjust will bear a burden like that of their unjust predecessors. Let them not make Me bring immediate punishment upon them. 59 For, woe unto those who are bent on denying the truth - [woe] on the Day which they have been promised 60
