Yet those who disbelieve say: When we have become dust like our fathers, shall we verily be brought forth (again)? 67 "Indeed we were promised this, we and our forefathers before, Verily, these are nothing but tales of ancients." 68 Say, "Roam across the earth and observe what was the end of the sinful ones." 69 And grieve thou not over them nor be straitened because of that which they plot. 70 They say, 'When shall this promise come to pass, if you speak the truth?' 71 Say: "The chastisement whose hastening you have been asking for, maybe a part of it has drawn quite near to you." 72 Indeed Your Lord is exceedingly bountiful to mankind. Yet most of them do not give thanks. 73 Verily your Lord knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they reveal. 74 And there is nothing hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a clear Record. 75 BEHOLD, this Qur'an explains to the children of Israel most [of that] whereon they hold divergent views; 76 and, verily, it is a guidance and a grace unto all who believe [in it]. 77 Indeed your Lord will decide between them by His judgement. He is All-Mighty, All-Knowing. 78 so put your trust in God. Surely you are on the path of manifest truth. 79 Indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hear the call when they have turned their backs retreating. 80 And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah]. 81 ۞ And when the Word (promise) appears upon them, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth to speak to them – because the people were not accepting faith in Our signs. (This beast will rise from the earth, when the Last Day draws near.) 82
