Say: "I am only a warner, and there is no other god but God, the one, the omnipotent, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Mighty, the Pardoning. 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 (And) you are turning aside from it: 68 “What did I know of the heavenly world, when the angels had disputed.” 69 Only this has been revealed to me that I am a distinct warner. 70 Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I am about to create man from clay: 71 So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration." 72 And the angels did obeisance, all of them, 73 Not so Iblis: he was haughty, and became one of those who reject Faith. 74 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating before one whom I have created with My hands*? Have you become proud or were you haughty from the beginning?” (Used as a metaphor). 75 He said, "I am better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay." 76 "Begone! You are accursed: 77 'My curse shall rest on you until the Day of Recompense' 78 Satan said: “My Lord, then grant me respite till the Day that they are raised up.” 79 Answered He: "Verily, so [be it:] thou shalt be among those who are granted respite 80 until the day of the known time.' 81 [Iblees] said, "By your might, I will surely mislead them all 82 except those of Your servants, the chosen ones from amongst them.” 83 (Allah) said: "The Truth is, and the Truth I say, 84 I will fill up Hell with you together with those who follow you." 85 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "No wage do I ask of you for this (the Quran), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). 86 “It is not but an advice for the entire world.” 87 And you will surely know [the truth of] its information after a time." 88
