Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 And after it spread out the earth. 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 and the blazing fire [of hell] will be laid open before all who [are destined to] see it. 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 And who preferred the life of the world, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They will question thee concerning the Hour, when it shall berth. 42 But how are you to know? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
