And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” – 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
