[But,] verily for the God-conscious there is supreme fulfilment in store: 31 Gardens and grapes. 32 And maidens of a single age. 33 And a full cup. 34 They will hear therein no babble nor falsehood: 35 for a recompense from thy Lord, a gift, a reckoning, 36 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, the most Gracious [and] none shall have it in their power to raise their voices to Him. 37 The Day when the Spirit and the angels are ranged row on row. None shall speak save he whom the Merciful Lord will permit; and he too will speak what is right. 38 That day is certain. So whosoever likes may prepare a way to his Lord. 39 Verily, We have warned you of a Penalty near, the Day when man will see (the deeds) which his hands have sent forth, and the Unbeliever will say, "Woe unto me! Would that I were (metre) dust!" 40
