The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the snorting courses, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 dividing the gathering. 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
