The Unbelievers say: "Listen not to this Qur'an, but talk at random in the midst of its (reading), that ye may gain the upper hand!" 26 We will let the unbelievers taste a terrible punishment, and recompense them with the worst of what they were doing. 27 That is the reward of Allah's enemies: the Fire. Therein is their immortal home, payment forasmuch as they denied Our revelations. 28 There the unbelievers will say: “Our Lord, show us those that led us astray, both jinn and humans, and we will trample them under our feet so that they are utterly degraded.” 29 In the case of those who say, "Our Lord is Allah", and, further, stand straight and steadfast, the angels descend on them (from time to time): "Fear ye not!" (they suggest), "Nor grieve! but receive the Glad Tidings of the Garden (of Bliss), the which ye were promised! 30 We are your friends in the life of the world and in the Hereafter; therein yours will be whatsoever your souls desire, and therein yours shall be whatsoever ye call for. 31 "An entertainment from (Allah), the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." 32
