(Muhammad), have you ever seen the one who has turned away (from guidance), 33 and gives a little, grudgingly? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the unseen, thus, he sees (all things)? 35 Or, has he not been informed of what is in the scriptures of Musa? 36 and of Abraham, who lived up to the trust? 37 That no burdened soul bears another soul’s burden? 38 and that a man shall have to his account only as he has laboured, 39 And that his deeds will be seen, 40 and that he shall then be fully recompensed, 41 And that the end is only towards your Lord? 42 that it is He who causes to laugh and causes to weep. 43 That it is He Who granteth Death and Life; 44 and that it is He who creates the two kinds - the male and the female 45 from a discharged living germ 46 And that only upon Him is the next revival? 47 And that it is He who enriches and suffices 48 that He is the Lord of Sirius, 49 And that it is He Who destroyed the (powerful) ancient 'Ad (people), 50 and Thamud, leaving no trace of them, 51 Like the people of Noah before them, who were surely oppressors and rebellious; 52 and the Subverted City He also overthrew, 53 and then covered them from sight forever. 54 Then which of the favors of your Lord do you doubt? 55 This [Prophet] is a warner like the former warners. 56 The Imminent is imminent; 57 None but God can avert it. 58 Do you marvel then at this discourse (the Koran)? 59 And you laugh and do not weep 60 indulging in carelessly idle games? 61 So bow yourselves before God, and serve Him! ۩ 62
