The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 striking sparks of fire with their hooves, 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11
