▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 And We made the earth a base, so how well do We lay out! 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 Therefore fly to Allah, surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 And set not up another god with Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 So turn away from them: not thine is the blame. 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and mankind but that they should worship Me. 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Surely God is the All-provider, the Possessor of Strength, the Ever-Sure. 58 The unjust will bear a burden like that of their unjust predecessors. Let them not make Me bring immediate punishment upon them. 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
