Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 that weighed down your back? 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 So truly with hardship comes ease, 5 With difficulty is surely ease. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
