Noah said: 'My Lord, they have rebelled against me and followed he whose wealth and offspring increase him only in loss, 21 And who have plotted a tremendous plot 22 and have said, "Do not leave your gods, and do not leave Wadd, nor Suwa', Yaghuth, Ya'uq, neither Nasr." 23 They have misled many and the unjust will achieve nothing but more error". 24 Because of their sins they were drowned and then put into the fire; so they did not find any supporter for themselves against Allah. (Punishment in the grave is proven by this verse.) 25 And Noah said, "My Lord, do not leave upon the earth from among the disbelievers an inhabitant. 26 If Thou shouldst leave them, they will mislead Thy slaves and will beget none save lewd ingrates. 27 "O my Lord! Forgive me, my parents, all who enter my house in Faith, and (all) believing men and believing women: and to the wrong-doers grant Thou no increase but in perdition!" 28
