The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
When the sun is wound up; 1 And when the stars shall dart down, 2 and when the mountains are moved, 3 And when milch camels roam abandoned. 4 And when the wild beasts are herded together, 5 when the seas shall be set boiling, 6 And when souls are united, 7 when the buried female infant is asked 8 for what crime she was slain, 9 And when the written pages of deeds (good and bad) of every person shall be laid open; 10 when the sky is unveiled, 11 when Hell shall be set blazing, 12 And when the garden is brought nigh, 13 then, each soul shall know what it has produced. 14 I swear by the receding stars. 15 Go straight, or hide; 16 And by oath of the night when it turns back. 17 And the morning when it brightens, 18 That this is in truth the word of an honoured messenger, 19 with strength endowed, secure with Him who in almightiness is enthroned 20 Obeyed (by the angels), trustworthy there (in the heavens). 21 Your companion is not possessed; 22 And of a truth he saw himself on the clear horizon. 23 Nor of the unseen is he a tenacious concealer. 24 And the Qur’an is not the recitation of Satan the outcast. 25 Whither then go ye? 26 It is nothing but Good Counsel for everyone in the world, 27 for whosoever of you would go straight, 28 And ye shall not will unless it be that Allah, the Lord of the worlds, willeth. 29
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
