Certainly We sent Nuh to his people, so he said: O my people! serve Allah, you have no god other than Him; surely I fear for you the chastisement of a grievous day. 59 Said the eminent among his people, "Indeed, we see you in clear error." 60 He said: 'O my people! There is no error in me, but I am a Messenger from the Lord of the universe. 61 sent to preach to you the message of my Lord and to give you good advice. I know what you do not know about God. 62 Do you wonder that a warning has come to you from your Lord through a man who is one of you, and warns you to take heed for yourselves and fear God? You might be treated with mercy." 63 But they rejected him, and We delivered him, and those with him, in the Ark: but We overwhelmed in the flood those who rejected Our signs. They were indeed a blind people! 64
