O ye who believe! Seek help in steadfastness and prayer. Lo! Allah is with the steadfast. 153 And call not those who are slain in the way of Allah "dead." Nay, they are living, only ye perceive not. 154 We shall test you through fear, hunger, loss of life, property, and crops. (Muhammad), give glad news to the people who have patience 155 Who say, when a misfortune striketh them: Lo! we are Allah's and lo! unto Him we are returning. 156 On those will be prayers and mercy from their Lord, those are guided. 157 ۞ Safa and Marwa are among the waymarks of God; so whosoever makes the Pilgrimage to the House, or the Visitation, it is no fault in him to circumambulate them; and whoso volunteers good, God is All-grateful, All-knowing 158 Lo! Those who hide the proofs and the guidance which We revealed, after We had made it clear to mankind in the Scripture: such are accursed of Allah and accursed of those who have the power to curse. 159 Save those that repent and amend, and make manifest the truth; these it is toward whom I relent. And I am the Relenting, the Merciful! 160 But those who disbelieve, and die disbelieving -- upon them shall rest the curse of God and the angels, and of men altogether, 161 They will abide therein (under the curse in Hell), their punishment will neither be lightened, nor will they be reprieved. 162 Your God is One God; there is no God except Him – the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. 163
