Say: "Truly am I a Warner: no god is there but the one Allah, Supreme and Irresistible,- 65 He is the Lord of the heavens, the earth, and all that is between them, the Majestic and All-forgiving". 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 yet you ignore it. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 It has not been revealed to me except that I am a clear warner." 70 When your Lord said to the angels; Surely I am going to create a mortal from dust: 71 So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him (his) soul created by Me, then you fall down prostrate to him." 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them: 73 save Iblis; he waxed proud, and was one of the unbelievers. 74 Allah said: O Iblis! what preventeth thee from prostrating thyself before that which I have created with both my hands? Becomest thou stiff-necked, or art thou of the exalted ones? 75 Said Iblis, “I am better than him; You made me from fire, and You have created him from clay!” 76 He said: Go forth from hence, for lo! thou art outcast, 77 Upon thee shall rest My curse, till the Day of Doom.' 78 He said: My Lord! then respite me to the day that they are raised. 79 He said: “You are of those who have been granted respite 80 “Until the time of the known day.” 81 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "By Your Might, then I will surely mislead them all, 82 except Your sincere servants among them". 83 He (Allah) said: 'This is the truth, and I speak the truth: 84 That I shall fill Hell with thee and such of them as shall follow thee, all together. 85 Say: 'I ask of you no wage for it, neither am I of those who take things upon themselves. 86 It, (the Quran), is nothing but a reminder to you from the Lord of the Universe. 87 and you shall surely know its tiding after a while.' 88
