(O Prophet!) Whatever you may be engaged in, whether you recite any portion of the Qur'an, or whatever else all of you are doing, We are witnesses to whatever you may be occupied with. Not even an atom's weight escapes your Lord on the earth or in the heaven, nor is there anything smaller or bigger than that, except that it is on record in a Clear Book. 61 Now surely the friends of Allah-- they shall have no fear nor shall they grieve. 62 Those who believed (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism), and used to fear Allah much (by abstaining from evil deeds and sins and by doing righteous deeds). 63 for them is good tidings in the present life and in the world to come. There is no changing the words of God; that is the mighty triumph. 64 You should not be grieved by what they say. All glory is wholly for God: He is the one who hears and knows everything. 65 Behold! verily to Allah belong all creatures, in the heavens and on earth. What do they follow who worship as His "partners" other than Allah? They follow nothing but fancy, and they do nothing but lie. 66 It is He who made the night for you to rest, and made the day enlightening. Indeed there are signs in this for those who listen. 67 They have said, "Allah has taken a son." Exalted is He; He is the [one] Free of need. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. You have no authority for this [claim]. Do you say about Allah that which you do not know? 68 Say: "Verily, they who attribute their own lying inventions to God will never attain to a happy state!" 69 [A brief] enjoyment in this world - and thereafter unto Us they must return: and then We shall let them taste suffering severe as an outcome of their persistent denial of the truth. 70
