We gave the people of Israel a settled abode, and bestowed good things on them to eat and use. So they did not differ until they came to have knowledge. Your Lord will assuredly settle their differences on the Day of Resurrection. 93 If you are in doubt of what We have sent down to you, ask those who recite the Book before you. The truth has come to you from your Lord, therefore do not be of the doubters. 94 And be not thou of those who belie Allah's signs, lest thou be of the losers. 95 Surely those against whom the word of your Lord has proved true will not believe, 96 even though every sign [of the truth] should come within their ken - until they behold the grievous suffering [that awaits them in the life to come]. 97 Did it ever happen that the people of a town believed on seeing God's chastisement and its believing profited them? (There is no such instance) except of the people of Yunus. When they believed We granted them reprieve from humiliating chastisement in this world, and We let them enjoy themselves for a while. 98 And had your Lord willed, those on earth would have believed, all of them together. So, will you (O Muhammad SAW) then compel mankind, until they become believers. 99 No soul can believe, except by the will of Allah, and He will place doubt (or obscurity) on those who will not understand. 100 Say: "Behold all that is in the heavens and the earth," but neither Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) nor warners benefit those who believe not. 101 Do they then expect (any thing) but (what happened in) the days of the men who passed away before them? Say: "Wait ye then: for I, too, will wait with you." 102 Then (in the end) We save Our Messengers and those who believe! Thus it is incumbent upon Us to save the believers. 103
