Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And certainly We have made strongholds in the heaven and We have made it fair seeming to the beholders. 16 and guarded them from every stoned satan. 17 but if anyone eavesdrops, he is pursued by a bright flaming fire. 18 And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing. 19 We have provided on it sustenance for you, and for those you cannot provide. 20 And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known 21 And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers. 22 And verily We! it is We who give life and death, and We shall be the survivors. 23 And assuredly We know those of you who have gone before and those who will come hereafter. 24 And verily, your Lord will gather them together. Truly, He is All-Wise, All-Knowing. 25
