AND, INDEED, We have set up in the heavens great constellations, and endowed them with beauty for all to behold; 16 And We have guarded it (near heaven) from every outcast Shaitan (devil). 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and them doth a clear flame pursue. 18 And the earth -- We stretched it forth, and cast on it firm mountains, and We caused to grow therein of every thing justly weighed, 19 We have provided therein a means of livelihood for you and for all those creatures for whom you do not provide. 20 And there is not a thing but its (sources and) treasures (inexhaustible) are with Us; but We only send down thereof in due and ascertainable measures. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 And certainly We! We it is Who give life, and cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 And verily We know the eager among you and verily We know the laggards. 24 Assuredly it is thy Lord Who will gather them together: for He is perfect in Wisdom and Knowledge. 25
