And it is He who produced for you hearing and vision and hearts; little are you grateful. 78 It is He Who has dispersed you all around the earth, and it is unto Him that you shall all be mustered. 79 It is He who gives you life and death, and His the alternation of night and day. Even then you do not understand, 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 They said: "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected indeed? 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 Say: "To whom belong the earth and all beings therein? (say) if ye know!" 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say: "Who is (the) Lord of the seven heavens, and (the) Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?" 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 In fact We brought the Truth to them, and indeed they are liars. 90 Never did Allah take to Himself a son, and never was there with him any (other) god-- in that case would each god have certainly taken away what he created, and some of them would certainly have overpowered others; glory be to Allah above what they describe! 91 knowing all that is beyond the reach of a created being's perception as well as all that can be witnessed by a creature's senses or mind and hence, sublimely exalted is He above anything to which they may ascribe a share in His divinity! 92
