Did you not see those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah? Where are they being diverted? 69 Those who deny the Book and that with which We sent Our messengers - they are going to know, 70 when they shall have to carry the shackles and chains [of their own making] around their necks, 71 Into boiling water, then in the fire shall they be burned; 72 Then it will be said unto them: where are those whom ye have been associating? 73 Besides Allah? They shall say: They are gone away from us, nay, we used not to call upon anything before. Thus does Allah confound the unbelievers. 74 "That was because ye were wont to rejoice on the earth in things other than the Truth, and that ye were wont to be insolent. 75 Enter the gates of Hell to abide eternally therein, and wretched is the residence of the arrogant." 76 Therefore be patient (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), undoubtedly Allah’s promise is true; and whether We show some of what We promise them, or cause you to pass away before it – in any case they will return to Us. 77 We sent other Messengers before you; of some, We have already told you, of others We have not told you. Yet it was not for any Messenger to bring a verse except by the permission of Allah. And when the command of Allah comes the matter will be justly decided; and the vaindoers will be lost. 78
