And warnings came in truth unto the house of Pharaoh 41 They rejected all Our communications, so We overtook them after the manner of a Mighty, Powerful One. 42 Are your people who deny the truth better than those? Or have you been given immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Or do they say: We are a host allied together to help each other? 44 The group will soon be routed, and will turn their backs to flee. 45 Nay; the Hour of Doom is their appointed time, and the Hour shall be more calamitous and bitter. 46 Surely the sinners are in error and insanity! 47 On the Day when they are dragged on their faces into the Fire, (it will be said to them): 'Taste the touch of the Scorching' 48 Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 49 It takes only a single command from Us (to bring the Day of Judgment) and that can be achieved within the twinkling of an eye. 50 We destroyed many people like you (disbelievers) but is there anyone who would take heed (of Our warning)? 51 All their deeds are in the Scrolls, 52 And everything, small and great, hath been written down. 53 Indeed, the cautious shall live amid gardens and a river, 54 In a seat of truth (i.e. Paradise), near the Omnipotent King (Allah, the All-Blessed, the Most High, the Owner of Majesty and Honour). 55
