[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And after that He spread the earth. 30 and has caused its waters to come out of it, and its pastures, 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
