The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 who creates [every thing,] and thereupon forms it in accordance with what it is meant to be, 2 and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 And magnifies the name of his Lord and prays. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
