Lo! We, even We, have revealed unto thee the Qur'an, a revelation; 23 So persevere with the command of your Lord and do not pay any heed to the wicked and the unbelieving, 24 And remember the Name of thy Lord at dawn and in the evening 25 and during some of the night, and prostrate thyself before Him, and extol His limitless glory throughout the long night. 26 Indeed, these [disbelievers] love the immediate and leave behind them a grave Day. 27 We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration. 28 Verily this is an Exhortation; so let him who so will take a way to his Lord. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way] -- God is indeed all-knowing and wise -- 30 He admits whom He wills into His mercy; but the wrongdoers - He has prepared for them a painful punishment. 31
True are the words of God the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
