▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
We built the heaven with might, and We widely extended it. 47 And the earth We have spread out, and excellent is the preparer. 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 And do not set up with Allah another god: surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Even thus no apostle came to those before them but they said: "He is a sorcerer or a mad man." 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 I have not created mankind and jinn except to worship Me. 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 for, verily, God Himself is the Provider of all sustenance, the Lord of all might, the Eternal! 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 Then, woe to those who disbelieve (in Allah and His Oneness Islamic Monotheism) from (that) their Day which they have been promised (for their punishment). 60
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
