The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman)
78 verses, revealed in Medina after Thunder (Al-Ra'ad) before The Human (Al-Insan)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ The Beneficent 1 who taught the Quran -- 2 Created man, 3 He has imparted unto him articulate thought and speech. 4 The sun and the moon are made punctual. 5 [before Him] prostrate themselves the stars and the trees. 6 He raised the heavens and set up everything in balance, 7 so that you would maintain justice. 8 weigh, therefore, [your deeds] with equity, and cut not the measure short! 9 It is He Who has spread out the earth for (His) creatures: 10 Therein is fruit and palm trees having sheaths [of dates] 11 And grain having husks and scented plants. 12 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 13 He created man of fermented clay dried tinkling hard like earthen ware, 14 And the jinns did He create from a smokeless flame of fire. 15 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you deny? 16 (He is) Lord of the two Easts and Lord of the two Wests: 17 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 18 He has let forth the two seas, they meet together, 19 Between them is a Barrier which they do not transgress: 20 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 21 Out of them come pearls and coral. 22 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 23 And His are the ships going and coming in the seas, like mountains. 24 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 25

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
