▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 And this surely is great evidence if you can understand -- 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 and you are [at that moment] looking on [helplessly] -- 84 And We are nearer to it than you, but you do not see-- 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 And if he was of the companions of the right, 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 And burning in Hellfire 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
