Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Surely We revealed it on the grand night. 1 And what shall teach thee what is the Night of Power? 2 The night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is better than a thousand months (i.e. worshipping Allah in that night is better than worshipping Him a thousand months, (i.e. 83 years and 4 months). 3 The angels and the spirit descend therein by the command of their Lord with His decrees for every affair. 4 Peace!... This until the rise of morn! 5

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
