The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 Striking stones with their hooves, sparking fire. 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 Indeed, the human is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And to that fact he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
