And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
