And We have built the heaven with hands (the Divine Power), and it is We Who give the expanse. 47 And the earth have We spread out wide - and how well have We ordered it! 48 And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Likewise, there came no messenger to those before them, but they said, "He is a sorcerer or a madman." 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 So turn thou from them; thou wilt not be reproached. 54 And admonish, for verily admonition profiteth the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 I desire of them no provision, neither do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 The wrongdoers will meet the same fate as their predecessors, let them not ask Me to hasten on [the punishment], 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
