Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Say: "I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of the daybreak, 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 from the evil of darkness as it descends, 3 And from the evil of malignant witchcraft, 4 “And from the evil of the envier when he is envious of me.” 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
