Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

O Descendants of Israel (Jacob)! Remember My favour which I bestowed upon you, and fulfil your covenant towards Me, I shall fulfil My covenant towards you; and fear Me alone. 40 Believe in My revelations (Quran) that confirms what I revealed to you (about Prophet Muhammad in your Scripture). Do not be the first ones to deny it nor sell My revelations for a small price, but have fear of Me. 41 Do not confound truth with falsehood, nor knowingly hide the truth while you know. 42 And be steadfast in prayer; practise regular charity; and bow down your heads with those who bow down (in worship). 43 ۞ Will you bid others to piety, and forget yourselves while you recite the Book? Do you not understand? 44 Seek help with the Salat and fortitude: no doubt, Salat is a hard task but not for those obedient servants, 45 who realize that ultimately they shall meet their Lord and shall return to Him. 46
