With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We! 48 We have created everything in pairs so that perhaps you may take heed. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 [But] thus it is: never yet came any apostle to those who lived before their time but they said, "A spellbinder, ["sorcerer" is he,] or a madman!" 52 What! Have they willed this utterance to one another? In fact they are a rebellious people. 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and the men except that they should serve Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 The evildoers shall have for their portion, a portion like their companions (who were destroyed before them). Therefore, they should not ask Us to hasten! 59 Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised! 60
