Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 but he whose scales weigh lighter, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 It is a Fire, intensely hot. 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
