But [let them always remember that] if We lengthen a human being's days, We also cause him to decline in his powers [when he grows old]: will they not, then, use their reason? 68 And We have not taught him poetry, nor is it meet for him; it is nothing but a reminder and a plain Quran, 69 So that he may warn him who is alive and feels, and justify the word against those who do not believe. 70 Have they not seen how that We have created for them of that Our hands wrought cattle that they own? 71 and that We have subjected them to men's will, so that some of them they may use for riding and of some they may eat, 72 some for milk to drink and some from which other benefits may be received? Will they not be grateful? 73 Yet they take (for worship) gods other than Allah, (hoping) that they might be helped! 74 They are not able to give them succour; whereas they shall be against them host brought forward. 75 Therefore let not their speech grieve you; surely We know what they do in secret and what they do openly. 76 Beholdest not man that We have created him from a sperm? Yet lo! he is a manifest disputer? 77 And he has struck for Us a parable, and forgotten his own creation. He asks: 'Who will quicken the bones after they have decayed' 78 (Muhammad), tell him, "He who gave them life in the first place will bring them back to life again. He has the best knowledge of all creatures. 79 He, Who produces for you fire out of the green tree, when behold! You kindle therewith. 80 Is not He who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of these? Yea! He is the Supreme Creator, the Knower. 81 Whenever He wills a thing, He just commands it “Be” and it is. 82 Exaltations to Him in whose Hand is the Kingdom of all things, and to Him you will be returned. 83
