We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
