Kingship (Al-Mulk)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Blessed is He in Whose hand is the kingdom, and He has power over all things, 1 who created death and life, that He might try you which of you is fairest in works; and He is the All-mighty, the All-forgiving -- 2 who created the seven heavens, one above the other. You cannot see any inconsistency in the creation of the Merciful. Return your gaze, do you see any crack! 3 Look twice (and keep on looking), your eyes will only become dull and tired. 4 And we have, (from of old), adorned the lowest heaven with Lamps, and We have made such (Lamps) (as) missiles to drive away the Evil Ones, and have prepared for them the Penalty of the Blazing Fire. 5 And for those who disbelieve in their Lord will be the torment of Hell; and a hapless destination! 6 When they are flung therein they hear its roaring as it boileth up, 7 and wellnigh bursts asunder with rage. As often as a troop is cast into it, its keepers ask them, 'Came there no warner to you?'; 8 They will say: "Yes indeed; a Warner did come to us, but we rejected him and said, 'Allah never sent down any (Message): ye are nothing but an egregious delusion!'" 9 And they will then say: 'If only we had listened and understood we should not now be among the inhabitants of the Blaze' 10 So it is that they confess their sins. Curse the inhabitants of the Blaze! 11 Those who fear their Lord in secret will receive forgiveness and a great reward. 12 And conceal your word or manifest it; surely He is Cognizant of what is in the hearts. 13 Does He not know, Who created? And He is the Knower of the subtleties, the Aware. 14

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
