The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you; 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said: "It is not for me to know what they were doing. 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if you could (but) know. 113 I will not drive away the believers. 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 They said: "O Noah! If you do not desist, you will certainly become one of the accursed." 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 We saved him and those who were with him in a fully laden Ark, 119 Then afterward We drowned the others. 120 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 121 And verily! Your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 122
