Y S (Yaa Seen)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
YaSeen. 1 and the Quran, the Book of wisdom, 2 that you (Muhammad) are a Messenger 3 On a straight path, 4 the sending down of the All-mighty, the All-wise, 5 so that you may warn a people who are unaware because their fathers were not warned. 6 Already hath the judgment, (for their infidelity) proved true of most of them, for they believe not. 7 Verily! We have put on their necks iron collars reaching to chins, so that their heads are forced up. 8 and We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have enshrouded them in veils so that they cannot see: 9 Whether you warn them or do not warn, it is all the same; they will not believe. 10 Thou canst warn only him who followeth the admonition and feareth the Compassionate, unseen. So bear thou unto him the glad tidings of forgiveness and a generous hire. 11 We will surely bring the dead to life and We record what they send ahead and the signs they will leave behind; and We have accounted all things in a clear Book. 12
