Therefore, remind and preach (mankind, O Muhammad SAW of Islamic Monotheism). By the Grace of Allah, you are neither a soothsayer, nor a madman. 29 Or do they say: “He is a poet for whom we await an adverse turn of fortune.” 30 Say: Wait, for surely I too with you am of those who wait. 31 Is this what their senses tell them, or are they a rebellious people? 32 Or do they say: "He (Muhammad SAW) has forged it (this Quran)?" Nay! They believe not! 33 Let them produce a phrase like it, if what they say is true! 34 Did they come into being without any creator? Or were they their own creators? 35 Have they created the heavens and the earth? In fact, they have no strong faith. 36 Or do they have the treasures of your Lord, or are they the authority? 37 Do they have a ladder (by which they can climb up to the heavens) and listen (to the angels) and come back to the rest of the people with clear authority? 38 Or, has He daughters, and they sons? 39 Or is it that you (O Muhammad SAW) ask a wage from them (for your preaching of Islamic Monotheism) so that they are burdened with a load of debt? 40 Is with them the Unseen, and they write it down! 41 Or do they want to stage a deception? -- Then only those who do not believe will be the ones who will be tricked. 42 Or have they a god other than Allah? Glory be to Allah from what they set up (with Him). 43 If they should see a segment falling from the sky, they would say: "It is only a massive cloud." 44 So leave them alone until they encounter that Day of theirs when they shall be struck down, 45 when their stratagem shall be of no avail to them, nor shall they be succoured. 46 But, verily, for those who are bent on doing evil, there is suffering in store [even] closer at hand than that [supreme suffering in the hereafter]: but most of them are not aware of it. 47 And so, await in patience thy Sustainer's judgment, for thou art well within Our sight. And extol thy Sustainer's limitless glory and praise whenever thou risest up, 48 Extol His glory at night, and at the setting of the stars. 49
