What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 He has made its nights dark and its days bright. 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 Its knowledge rests with your Lord. 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 The day they see it, it will seem they had stayed in the world but only an evening or its turning into dawn. 46
