By the moon, 32 By the night when it departs. 33 And the dawn when it shineth forth, 34 This is but one of the mighty (portents), 35 Warn the men. 36 whether one steps forward to embrace the faith or one turns away from it. 37 Every soul will be in captivity for its deeds 38 save the Companions of the Right; 39 In Gardens, they seek answers, 40 From the guilty. 41 “What drove you to Hell?” 42 They will answer: We were not of those who prayed 43 And we have not been feeding the poor. 44 "And we used to talk falsehood (all that which Allah hated) with vain talkers. 45 and belied the Day of Recompense 46 Till the Inevitable came unto us. 47 So no intercession of intercessors will be of any use to them. 48 What is the matter with people that they are turning away from this Exhortation, 49 As if they were frightened (wild) donkeys. 50 fleeing from a lion? 51 Nay, everyone of them desires that he should be given pages spread out (coming from Allah with a writing that Islam is the right religion, and Muhammad SAW has come with the truth from Allah the Lord of the heavens and earth, etc.). 52 Never! In fact they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 No indeed; surely it is a Reminder; 54 So whosoever willeth may heed it. 55 And what advice will they heed, except if Allah wills? Only He deserves to be feared, and His only is the greatness of forgiving. 56
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
