Al-Naba' 2 of 2

Surely for those who guard (against evil) is achievement, 31 Gardens enclosed and vineyards, 32 and young maidens of equal age, 33 and an overflowing cup. 34 No empty talk will they hear in that [paradise,] nor any lie. 35 A recompense from your Lord, a sufficient gift, 36 He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them. He is the Beneficent God and no one will be able to address Him. 37 Upon the day when the Spirit and the angels stand in ranks they shall speak not, save him to whom the All-merciful has given leave, and who speaks aright. 38 That is the true day; so whosoever wills takes unto his Lord a resort. 39 We warn you of a punishment that has come near; a day on which man will see what his own hands have sent ahead, and the disbeliever will say, “Alas – if only I were dust!” 40
