Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), have We not comforted your heart, 1 and relieve you of the burden 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 And raised high for you your repute. 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So when you are free work diligently, 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8
